ClicSÉQUR is the Québec government’s identity authentication service. It ensures that the exchange of information over the Internet between citizens and the Québec public administration is secure. It enables citizens to use a single identifier to securely access the online services of participating departments and agencies, such as the Directeur de l’état civil, the Québec Parental Insurance Plan, Services Québec, the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec, Retraite Québec, and Revenu Québec.
