Objective :

To allow the Inuit clientele of Services Québec to know the employability and job search services offered by the Kativik Regional Government (KRG).

How it works:

Services Quebec will send a reference list of Inuit on Employment Insurance
Following receipt of the referral by secure email the KRG :

1.  Calls the person to a meeting with their LEO.

An information meeting with the person is required. This meeting can take place in person or virtually. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the person referred of the services offered by the KRG in terms of employability and job search.

This meeting must allow the person to find a job or to reintegrate the labour market according to their profile and their needs. And to allow the local employability officer (LEO) to get to know the person better in order to focus on the relevant information in their job search.

2.  Inform the person about the services offered in employability and job search.

3.  Completes the referral tool. If known, enters the employment or participation outcome in the tool.

4.  Returns the referral tool no later than one month after the referral to your coordinator.
