Verify Basic Information

The Basic Information function contains the client’s important personal information (name, address and personal details). Certain fields in the Basic Information function are mandatory and must be completed and update, specifically:

  • Social insurance number (SIN);
  • Family and first names;
  • Mailing address;
  • Community;
  • Telephone number;
  • Birth date;
  • Sex;
  • James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) status;
  • Language of communication;
  • Education;
  • Labour market status;
  • Personal status.
