Update questionnaire

1.  When the client record is open, select QUESTIONNAIRE.

2. The Client Questionnaire function will open. Complete the questionnaire with the client.

3. Review the entire client record (all personal information), to ensure all the information is up to date.

Every time the client record is updated, it should be noted in the General Comments section (ex., July 12, 2020. SM: File updated).

Reminder: The information on the Client Questionnaire is useful for preparing a CV with your client.
